Service Packages and Pricing 3.1 Package Selection We offer three main service packages: Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. Detailed pricing and services are available on our website or upon request. 3.2 Payment Terms Monthly packages are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle Annual packages require upfront payment with discounted rates Setup fees may apply for initial onboarding All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise Payments are processed in USD, GBP, EUR, or TRY depending on your location 3.3 Refund Policy Setup fees are non-refundable Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice Annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be transferred or paused under certain circumstances Service credits may be issued for service disruptions caused by us 4. Intellectual Property 6.1 Client Content You retain all rights to content and materials you provide. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use this content for service delivery. 6.2 Our Work Product Custom designs, code, and strategies created for you become your property upon full payment We retain rights to our methodologies, tools, and templates We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise 6.3 Third-Party Assets Any third-party tools, platforms, or assets remain the property of their respective owners. 7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to: Keep confidential information private Not disclose sensitive business information to third parties Use confidential information only for the purposes of this agreement 8. Term and Termination 8.1 Term Monthly packages: Month-to-month until terminated Annual packages: One-year term with automatic renewal unless cancelled 8.2 Termination by Client Monthly packages: 30 days written notice required Annual packages: Early termination may result in penalties 8.3 Termination by Us We may terminate services immediately if you: Breach these Terms Fail to make payments Engage in illegal activities Abuse or misuse our services 8.4 Effect of Termination Outstanding payments become immediately due We will provide access to your data and materials for 30 days Recurring services (hosting, subscriptions) will be discontinued 9. Limitation of Liability 9.1 Service Limitations We are not liable for: Results not achieved due to algorithm changes, platform policies, or market conditions Third-party service failures or disruptions Loss of data due to your actions or third-party failures Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 9.2 Maximum Liability Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. 10. Prohibited Uses You may not use our services to: Engage in illegal activities Distribute malware or harmful code Violate intellectual property rights Spam or engage in deceptive practices Promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination Violate platform policies or guidelines 17. Data and Analytics 17.1 Access to Data You own your data. We provide regular reports and analytics as part of your package. 17.2 Data Retention We retain project data during the service period and for 90 days after termination unless otherwise agreed. 17.3 Backup Responsibility While we maintain backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. 18.
